This is our third visit to the island of Sardegna. This time we tried to head to Bonafacio at the north of the island but the weather gods did not cooperate so we headed instead to the south coast where you also find impressive anchorages. Rented a car and headed inland to explore some of the oldest buildings and tombs in the Mediterranean. The interior of the island is spectacular and the roads are very easy to drive around with well marked signs to follow your route.
